What to know
When can a gift card be used?
As soon as payment has been received. A screenshot of a sent transfer is not proof of payment, so please allow it to arrive first.
What can it be used for?
Tattoo, permanent makeup and piercing, including children’s piercing. Please ask the studio about academy courses.
How do I redeem it?
Book a visit and enter the code in the booking form, or give it to the studio.
How long is it valid?
Twelve months from the date of purchase. The date is shown on the card.
What if the service costs more or less than the card?
You can spend the balance while the card is valid. If the service costs more, you pay the difference at the studio.
Can I return a gift card?
An unused card can be returned within 14 days of purchase. After that it cannot be exchanged for cash.
